This will take about 3 minutes preparation time and half an hour to complete.
– 1 large Avocado
– 1 table spoon of lemon
– Half a table spoon of garlic powder
– Half a table spoon of Italian seasoning
– One quarter cup of Parmesan
– Kosher salt
– Black pepper
Firstly, preheat your oven to 320 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Crush your avocado and keep mixing it until you get it soft. Then put in lemon juice, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Take a teaspoon size of the mixture and place on your baking sheet. Make all of your scoops to 3 inches flat with the back of spoon and make sure they are about 3 inches apart. Now you just have to wait until they look golden and crispy, which would be in about half an hour. After that let them cool completely before serving.
